The twin/double room was luxurious, featuring a work desk, cable channels, and ironing facilities. the hotel's location is fantastic and conveniently situated in central Ha Long! it is close to Cat Ba Island, boats, restaurants, and shops. 😊👌.

nice place to stay, exceptionally good views of the sea and islands. a huge variety of food for breakfast including eggs, toast, jam, and fruit. very, very nice staff and prime location close to market! right by halong bay, the terminal and many restaurants. great choice for trip.

The hotel's position was exceptionally nice and prime, not far from long bay, market and most areas. We had an a nice size room with comfortable beds.

We had some issues during our romantic escape. The elevator bell was loud and jarring every time someone arrived, and the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very limited due to low occupancy, and the choices were disappointing with no buffet, and sometimes no coffee, fruits, or juice.

We had an amazing 12-night stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the view from the 7th-floor Viewing Platform was fantastic. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast had a good variety. Additionally, the location was very convenient, near to the market, and transportation was easily accessible.
